Justin has dedicated his life to serving others to improve their health and fitness. His motivation started after losing his grandfather to a heart attack which prompted him to complete his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

After spending nearly a decade as personal trainer helping older active adults, Justin decided to expand his career by completing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee.

PT Philosophy:
Physical therapy is the front-line of defense to optimizing the health and well-being of all people. Improving pain and physical dysfunctional not only allow individuals to feel better but allows them to explore the joys of life with friends, family, and adventure.

Justin believes strongly in a hands-on manual therapy approach to improve movement and strength in addition to providing personalized physical rehab programs to ensure best patient outcomes.

In his free time, Justin enjoys fishing, kayaking, reading, and most importantly spending time with his wife, friends & family.
